Custom pillar candle boxes

A pillar candle is taller and heavier than a jar or a tealight, and it stands on its own with no container. That changes what the box needs to do. A box that is too loose lets the candle slide around, and a box that is too tight is hard to fill. Our pillar candle boxes are made to the exact height and diameter of your candle and printed with your branding.

Why a made-to-measure fit matters

Pillar candles have an exposed wax surface, so movement in transit can leave marks. A close fit keeps the candle upright and steady, and it also means the box looks neat on a shelf. Send us the height and diameter of your candle and we will suggest a size, or preview a shape in the Box Studio.

• Tall tuck end cartons are a simple, familiar format for freestanding candles. They are made from folding cartons.
• Candle window boxes and window boxes show the colour and finish of the wax through a clear panel.
• Tube boxes and round boxes suit slim, cylindrical candles.
• Sleeve boxes and custom sleeve gift boxes add a printed band around a plainer inner box.
• Rigid boxes give a firmer, more premium presentation for higher-value candles.

Materials and finish

Coated board gives a smooth surface for full-colour print, while kraft boxes have a natural look that many soy and plant-wax brands choose. If recyclable materials matter to your brand, ask us when you request a quote and we will confirm what is available for your project.

Add your logo, scent names, colours and the information you need on the pack. Free design support is included, and you approve a digital proof before anything is printed, so you can check every detail.
