Terms & Conditions

Last updated 19 August 2026

These terms apply when you request a quote from us, place an order, or use this website. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.

This website is operated by Get Customised Packaging. We manufacture and supply custom printed packaging to customers in the United Kingdom. Where these terms refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Get Customised Packaging; “you” means the person or business placing an order.

Quotations are based on the specification you give us — dimensions, material, print finish and quantity. A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date we issue it, unless we state otherwise in writing.

If any part of your specification changes after we quote, we will re-quote before proceeding. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Free UK delivery applies to mainland addresses; we will tell you in advance if a surcharge applies to your location.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing, not when you submit an enquiry. We may decline an order where the specification is not technically possible, where artwork infringes a third party's rights, or where we cannot meet the requested timescale.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork you supply, including spelling, barcodes, legal markings and colour references. We will send a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Once you approve a proof, production proceeds on that basis and we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved artwork. If you need changes after approval, contact us immediately — we will stop production where we can, but costs already incurred may be payable.

Printed packaging is a manufactured product, so please allow for the following:

  • Colour may vary slightly between production runs and from what you see on screen.
  • Board thickness, finish and shade can vary marginally between batches.
  • Cut and crease positions carry a small tolerance, typically within 2mm.
  • Delivered quantity may vary by up to 5% either way on large runs; you are charged for the quantity delivered.

Unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing, payment is due in full before production begins. Where credit terms apply, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may charge statutory interest on late payment.

Lead times quoted are estimates based on normal production conditions and begin from proof approval and cleared payment. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, material shortages or extreme weather.

Please check your delivery on arrival and tell us about any shortage or visible damage within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.

Custom printed packaging is made to your specification, so it cannot be resold. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and are not returnable unless the goods are faulty or do not match the approved proof.

If you believe your order is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order reference. Where a fault is confirmed, we will reprint the affected items or refund them, at our option.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, image or text you supply, and that its use does not infringe anyone else's rights. Dielines, structural designs and templates we produce remain our property, though you may use them for orders placed with us.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
