Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or request a quote, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote for and fulfil your order:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and company name.
- Order details — the specification you send us, artwork files you upload, and delivery address.
- Correspondence — the messages you send us and our replies.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we never collect special category data such as health or biometric information.
Why we use it
- To prepare a quotation and answer your enquiry — this is our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- To manufacture and deliver your order — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records — this is a legal obligation.
- To improve the website and understand how it is used — our legitimate interest, using aggregated data.
We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.
Artwork files you upload
Files you send through the quote form are used solely to prepare and produce your order. We do not share your artwork with anyone outside our production process, and we do not use it in our own marketing without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is needed to deliver your order or run our business — for example with couriers who deliver to you, print partners who produce your order, and our email and hosting providers.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders — kept for 12 months, then deleted.
- Order records and invoices — kept for 6 years to meet UK accounting requirements.
- Artwork files — kept for as long as you may want a repeat run, and deleted on request.
Cookies
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data.
- Ask us to transfer your data to another provider.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we relied on it.
To exercise any of these, email us using the details below. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Keeping your data secure
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach is likely to affect you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
