Custom earphone and earbud boxes
Earphones are small, but the packaging has a lot to do. It holds the earbuds, the cable or charging case and any extras in a neat layout, and it sets the first impression when the customer opens the box. Our earphone boxes are custom printed retail cartons made to the size of your product, usually with a fitted insert that gives each part its own space.
Why the insert matters
A loose tangle of cable and parts makes a product feel cheap, however good it is. A fitted insert holds each item in place and presents the set in a logical order. Insert materials
Inserts can be die-cut card or moulded pulp, depending on the layout and the look you want. If you want to avoid plastic inside the box, ask us about the available options when you request a quote.
Printing and branding
Print your brand name, model, key features and colours on the box. Free design support is included, and you approve a digital proof before anything is printed. For a more refined finish, consider matte lamination or foil stamping.
