How Box Studio works

  1. 1

    Size it around your product

Pick what you're packing or type its dimensions. We add the right clearance for the board and round to a size that's actually manufacturable.

  2. 2

See it fold, and check the postage

Watch the flat dieline fold into your box. We show the Royal Mail band live, and tell you when a few millimetres would drop you into a cheaper one.

  3. 3

Take the files, or the quote

Download a true-scale dieline (SVG and PDF), a render and a spec sheet, free, no sign-up. Or send the lot to us and we'll price it.

Questions about the tool

Is the dieline print-ready?
It's a true-scale reference dieline with correct cut and crease layers, made for planning and for briefing your designer. Before anything is printed, our team prepares the final production dieline and an artwork proof for you to approve.
Does my logo get uploaded anywhere?
No. Your artwork is read and rendered inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to request a quote, and then only the files you're sending with it.
What do the box styles mean?
The mailer is FEFCO 0427, a roll-end tuck-top box that needs no tape, the standard e-commerce box. The shipping box is FEFCO 0201, the classic taped carton. The folding carton is a reverse tuck end, the retail box used for cosmetics, food and tech.
Why is there no price?
Bespoke packaging is priced per job, the board, the size, the print, the run length and the finishing all move it. Send us your design and you'll get a real quote rather than a guess.
What sizes and quantities can you make?
Digitally printed runs start from around 50 units, with wholesale pricing from around 500 to 1,000. Sizes beyond what the tool previews are no problem, send the design and we'll confirm.
