Custom inhaler boxes

An inhaler is not a regular box shape. It is wider at the base, narrower at the mouthpiece, and the carton also has to leave room for the information your customers need to read. Our inhaler boxes are printed cartons made to the dimensions of your device, with your branding and text on the outside.

What we make

These are printed outer cartons for inhaler devices. They are not a sterile barrier and do not replace any primary packaging your product requires. The carton holds and presents the device, and carries the artwork and wording you supply.

Why the device shape matters

A carton that is too loose lets the device shift around, and one that is too tight is awkward to fill. We size each box from your device dimensions, so the fit is snug without being forced. Send us the length, width and depth, or preview a shape in the Box Studio.

Carton styles

• Tuck end boxes are a familiar, simple carton for single devices.
• Pharmaceutical reverse tuck end boxes have flaps that tuck in opposite directions.
• Pharmaceutical tuck end auto bottom boxes assemble quickly, which suits packing lines.
• Pharmaceutical seal end boxes close with glued ends.

All of these are made from folding cartons. If your pack includes a leaflet or spacer, tell us and we will plan the carton around it. A cut insert can also hold a device in place.

Artwork and printed information

Your brand name, product name and any wording you need are printed to your artwork. Free design support is included, and you approve a digital proof before anything is printed, so you can check text, layout and sizes carefully.
